Where You NEED to Show Your Face

One question I am asked by clients often is "Where should I use these images?"  That is a great question because even as someone who has their image taken often, there are many times that  I forget all the places where having an image of myself would be helpful. 

You want to present a consistent image across all the platforms so that people recognize you automatically when they see your image. 

Here is a list that I have compiled for myself:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Twitter
• TikTok
• gmail
• e-mail signature
• Company website
• Instant Message Program
• Security Badge
• Other websites where you are featured
• and many more

Here is the key though, you don't have to use the exact same image in all places.  In fact I would suggest that you don't.  In some places like TikTok and Instagram, you can use a more personality driven photograph.  In your more serious business areas, like your security badge and company instant messaging program, you might want to use a more serious image.
